Note: This workshop is only available to HBS Doctoral students and HBS RA's.
This workshop will introduce you to the R platform and environment for statistical computing. You will learn how to import and manipulate data, install and load R packages, conduct basic statistical analyses, and create common graphical displays. This workshop features three hours of demonstrations and hands-on activities, and is targeted to those with little or no prior experience with R.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Software modules have arrived on the HBSGrid! The modules provide users with access to multiple versions of software (e.g., Python 2.7, Python 3.6, etc.) so that they no longer have to use only the version that was previously installed on the Grid. Bob Freeman will present a special live demo on how to start using these modules, how they will work in NoMachine, and best practices around their use. We encourage any and all users of the HBSGrid to attend!
